ADA Protection Card

I am a disabled veteran under lawful driving restriction. I use a bicycle as my only safe, legal, and ADA-compliant form of transportation.

Missouri Revised Statute §577 does not apply to bicycles. I am not operating a motor vehicle.

If I appear disoriented, slow to respond, or emotionally dysregulated, this is due to documented medical conditions and/or prescription effects — not intoxicated motor vehicle operation.

  • Any attempt to harass, detain, or accuse me of DWI while cycling may constitute:
  • — ADA Title II violation
  • — Civil rights harassment
  • — Wrongful targeting of a disabled person
